Equipment Introduction

The company is equipped with a furan resin sand production line adopting advanced domestic and international technologies, a rapid mechanical component manufacturing center based on 3D-printing forming technology, and a custom metal artware production center. We master three sand-casting processes — furan sand, shell-mold sand and green sand — with an annual casting capacity of 6,000 tons. This equipment configuration allows us to produce ductile iron, gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, cast steel, non-ferrous and stainless steel castings in various sizes, and to deliver parts after rough and precision machining.
