Our company specializes in manufacturing various copper castings and stainless-steel castings. Adopting advanced melting, precision casting and 3D sand-mold rapid forming technologies, we deliver a wide range of high-performance products widely used in shipping, power machinery, valve & pipe fittings, elevators, general-purpose equipment, hydraulic systems and many other fields. We are capable of meeting diverse requirements including mass production of standard parts, custom-made non-standard components and prototype trial-production.

For copper castings, premium copper-alloy materials such as brass, tin bronze, aluminum bronze and phosphor bronze are adopted. Finished products feature excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, good friction-reducing & wear-resistant performance, superior corrosion resistance, reliable sealing property and good machinability. The castings have dense microstructure and smooth surface, free of defects like porosity, sand holes and shrinkage, with high dimensional accuracy.

Our main products include shaft sleeves, worm gears, valve cores, pipe joints, conductive components, wear-resistant bushings, pump casings and impellers. Suitable for working conditions of high friction, high sealing demand, thermal and electrical conduction, they operate with low noise and long service life, and are extensively applied in hydraulic, plumbing and transmission equipment.

Stainless-steel castings are produced from mainstream grades including 304, 316 and 420. Manufactured via refined melting and professional forming processes, they possess core advantages of outstanding corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent toughness, capable of withstanding harsh complex environments such as acid-alkali exposure, humidity and high temperature. With stable mechanical properties, good impact resistance and deformation resistance, the castings pass flaw-detection inspection for reliable overall quality.

Our main output covers valve bodies, pump casings, pipe fittings, mechanical supports, anti-corrosion structural parts and marine hardware. They are well-suited for scenarios with strict anti-corrosion and safety requirements, such as chemical industry, shipping, offshore equipment and special-purpose machinery.
