This series of marine engine parts is developed and manufactured for the power systems of various ocean-going and inland-water vessels. It covers core castings and supporting components including cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft housings, intake & exhaust manifolds, valve seats and gear boxes. These parts are compatible with mainstream equipment such as marine diesel engines, auxiliary machinery and generator sets.

Made of marine-grade materials including high-strength ductile iron and heat-resistant alloy cast iron, the products go through refined melting, precision casting and strengthening treatment. They feature seawater corrosion resistance, high-temperature & high-pressure resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and excellent damping performance, well-suited for marine operating conditions of heavy-duty service, large temperature variations and complex working environments.

All parts are manufactured in strict compliance with marine industry specifications and classification society quality standards. They feature dense internal microstructure free of porosity, shrinkage porosity, cracks and other defects. Stringent controls are applied on dimensional accuracy and assembly tolerances. Optimized layout for oil, water and air passages ensures reliable sealing performance, effectively preventing leakage, abnormal noise and power drop during operation.

Combining traditional casting processes with 3D sand-mold rapid printing technology, we support mass production of standard parts as well as custom development and trial production for special-shaped parts and spare parts for obsolete engine models, with a complete range of types and specifications.
