This series of elevator traction machine parts are core components of elevator power-drive systems. It covers a full range of precision castings and matching components including traction machine housings, machine bases, end covers, brake seats, bearing housings, worm-gear housings and supports. They are suitable for traction units of all elevator types: passenger elevators, freight elevators, observation elevators and hospital elevators.

Made of premium grey cast iron and ductile iron, the products are produced via melting, precision casting, aging treatment and fine machining. Boasting outstanding mechanical properties, they feature high strength, good rigidity, vibration and noise reduction, wear-resistance, pressure-resistance and anti-deformation performance, capable of enduring continuous loads and reciprocating operation over long-term service.

All parts are manufactured in strict compliance with elevator industry safety standards and manufacturing specifications. They have dense internal microstructure free of porosity, sand holes, cracks and other defects. Dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances are tightly controlled to ensure superior fitting performance during assembly. Reasonably-designed housing components deliver excellent sealing, effectively protecting internal transmission assemblies against dust and oil contamination. Load-bearing support parts offer high stability, reducing operating vibration and noise and improving riding comfort and running smoothness of elevators.
By combining proven traditional casting technology with 3D sand-mold rapid printing, we support mass production of standard-model parts, as well as customisation and prototype development for non-standard parts and spare parts for legacy machine models with efficient lead times.
